List filter not filtering properly

Describe the Bug

The list filter "Respect data" is not working how it is intended. This has occurred in 1.19.2 /1.20.1

Reproduction Steps

  1. just using the "respect data".

Expected Result

Not filtering properly.

Base create. no other mods. But both filters become weird when addons are in the mix.

Additional Context

I only first found this when my autorepair machine, that uses the list filter on a funnel on a deployer with a sword didn't work properly.
