List Filter does not respect data, only looks at the item

Describe the Bug
When you set a List Filter to "Respect Data" and input for example a Netherite Sword enchanted with Mending, any Netherite Swords can pass through the filter. This happens with both Deny-List and Allow-List.
This also works by directly setting the filter to the enchanted item.
Reproduction Steps
- Place a Smart Chute
- Create a List Filter with Respect Data, and any enchanted item
- Place the List Filter in the Smart Chute's filter slot
- Throw in any unenchanted item of the same type as the filter
- The item will pass through, even though it doesn't match the item in the List Filter exactly
Expected Result
Only items that exactly match the item set in the List Filter should pass through.
