If I look away from the "root block" (pully, windmill) far way the construction gets invisable.
I use Optifine and the newest version of create is there anything I can do?

Unfortunately, this is an issue with optifines optimization methods. If you are using shaders, you can disable frustum culling in the properties file, otherwise there isn't a way to address this at the moment.
