Describe the Suggestion

Currently, the brass signal stops the train before the denoted segment if the segment ahead that the train is attempting to path to is occupied.
However, when the segment behind the signal is occupied but safe for the train to go through(as the image below shows), the brass signal doesn't let the train pass.
My suggestion is to check if the path is indeed blocked directly.
