The problem with the Create add-on is create interactive. What should I do???

Describe the Bug
when I downloaded the add-ons from Create, I downloaded create interactive and Valkyrien Skies and an error pops up
Reproduction Steps
- starting the game
2.The download is in progress
3.it crashed and showed errors
...
Expected Result
I wanted to play survival with realistic train crashes and get better with Create and different mods

Buy the game. TLauncher is not supported. If you have problems with Create Interactive after that report them to Create Interactive, not Create, and attach your logs.
