Windmill not Working

I tried to make a windmill in the direwolf20 1.16 modpack...
Mechanical bearing on Radial Chassis with slime on 4 sides and 4 wool ... give no rotation
In Create 0.3 for windmills you should use Windmill Bearing instead of Mechanical.
