Mechanical Mixers stopping on recipes that don't consume all items

When using a shapeless recipe that includes an item that doesn't get consumed, the mixers will perform the recipe once and then won't restart unless the item is removed and placed back in.

This was addressed in 0.3c, please re-open if this is still an issue.
