Config Option to make rails indestructible

Describe the Suggestion
On our public server, we have many problems with random people joining and breaking long track runs somewhere in the middle. It would be great to get some option to make track virtually indestructible, maybe besides for the builder of it and OP players.

you can maybe use kubejs to make them unbreakable (but can still be picked up with wrench) or install a claim mod such as ftb chunks or OPAC
a kube addon sounds like a good idea; although i'm looking for a serverside only solution
we do have claiming; but our rail network spans many tenthousand blocks and isnt particularly easy to grasp

@othermusketeer honestly i didnt put much more thought into making it because of personal issues with anything js 😬 but eventually i will have to make something if nothing else comes up
why was this silently closed as completed? the issue appears to not be solved, there was only a workaround idea shared.
