Mechanical Pistons don't extend / stop too early when moving at high speeds

If you connect a mechanical piston to a shaft going close to max speed, the piston will fail to extend even with a gearbox switching the direction of the rotation (i did have the required shaft behind the mechanical piston)
Its lag, I did play with this as well and made a drill to go to bedrock and at max speed it only extends about 1/8 the time.
Ive noticed it can go max speed if you slowly speed up the rotations like on a motor

This is indeed a bug in 0.1- pistons will just stop moving when their next movement pushes them past their extension limit. This will be fixed with their overhaul in the next major version.
