Describe the Bug

When holding a girder on your off hand and placing a stretch of rails in certain orientations girders will fail to connect or will be connecting to the bottom and tops for no reason.

Reproduction Steps

1. Build 2 blocks up in the air
2. Place a train track and go a little far away to make a s bend and build 2 blocks up again and place a track
3. Connect the 2 bits of track while holding a girder on your offhand and observe girder weirdness

Expected Result

Girders shouldnt be trying to connect to non existant blocks above them and should keep going diagionally on a diagonal track
