Describe the Bug

The smart observer doesn't give a redstone signal when a (copper) backtank is placed in front of it.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Place a smart observer
  2. Set the filter to a backtank
  3. place a backtank in front of it
    ...

Expected Result

The smart observer should give a redstone output when the filter is set to a copper backtank and there is a copper backtank in front of ot.
