Describe the Bug
The smart observer doesn't give a redstone signal when a (copper) backtank is placed in front of it.
Reproduction Steps
- Place a smart observer
- Set the filter to a backtank
- place a backtank in front of it
...
Expected Result
The smart observer should give a redstone output when the filter is set to a copper backtank and there is a copper backtank in front of ot.
