Describe the Suggestion

I just ran into an edge case where if you accidentally assemble a train with the controls inaccessible, you can no longer disassemble it, since you have to manually drive it into a station. I thought that moving it to the station with a wrench would allow me to do so, but it wouldn't. So it would be nice to disassemble a train that is currently at a station, even if it wasn't manually driven there.
