was trying to make a self-building-bridge-and-mining-train in creative and I was adding glue to the chassi but then it somehow got overlayed and I didnt have any kind of block on the back of the chassi, and when it got destroyed it sounded like a slimeblock was destroyed (idk if any slime of the other side of the chassi mattered but I think I had slime on the other-side before I used the super-glue)

its not a extremly prioritized bug, its more like a graphical one
