Display Board causes Chunk Issues

Describe the Bug
I used a 3 tall and 9 wide display board linked to 6 display links. They sat for a while without issue, however I was later disconnected from the server I own and play on. When I rejoined minutes later, the chunk that my display board did not load in. Collision with blocks inside the chunk still happened, although it was pretty janky. I am unable to break or place blocks inside the chunk. I can confirm it is the display board, as I built it in a separate location that caused the same result which forced me to load a backup save of the server.
Reproduction Steps
- Place a 3x9 display board
- Link to display links configured connected to a notice board from the Supplementaries mod
- Wait?
...
Expected Result
The player may not be disconnected from the world, however the chunk that the board is in should not load in.

I’ve had chunks stop existing before, usually a 3x3 area of chunks. I can confirm it appears to be an issue with Supplementaries display boards, but they were part of a structure so I don’t know if they were linked to a display link or not. Notably, on Xaero’s minimap and world map everything is there, but it isn’t in the world.
I was on a fresh install, which only had Integrated Dungeons and Structures (IDAS), Integrated stronghold, the dependencies for those mods (which includes Create, Quark, and Supplementaries among others), Create: Easy Structures, and Create: Structures. Latest version of Forge, 1.20.1
