Describe the Suggestion

While the suggestion may seem like a really broken thing at first, i've thought about how rails are connected with a nice portal-alike effect trought the portal... why doesn't that happen with a shaft? but instead of simply working like normal it teleports to the other side of the portal with a glitchy rotation breaking whatever block you try to power with it so that it requires a block made of brass on the left, right, top and bottom netherite on the corners and a dragon egg in the middle of it allowing you to make a single block that gives you the power to be able to make a steam engine in the nether and transport that power to the overworld trought fixing that shaft with a glitchy rotation (and we can even make a wish version of a lore to how the block gimmicks work) (fueling the steam engines trought cauldrons of water with the water bottle method there is)
