Describe the Bug

I just noticed that in my Create based modpack, there are suddenly some Create items missing from JEI and the Creative inventory. I have googled the issue and i have found a Reddit post from a month ago where people have the same issue.
Some people there say that it is because of add-ons like Create: Dreams & Desires or Create: Diesel Generators, but there is also a guy saying that it happens even without the addons.

Reproduction Steps

1. Install the create mod
   2.idk play?

Expected Result

All items are listed in JEI and the Creative inventory
