Giant mushrooms delete most create blocks

Describe the Bug

When grown, red and brown mushrooms delete create blocks that are in their way, this seems to be a default behaviour for certain blocks (like trapdoors, signs, repeaters, etc...). Haven't thoroughly tested this, the blocks I did test are chain drives, chutes and portable storage interfaces, all of which are replaced by the giant mushroom.

Not 100% sure this is a bug, but it is pretty annoying whenever you try to make a pretty compact mushroom farm, and I haven't noticed anything specific about the blocks that are replaced (lecterns, for example, do get replaced, while furnaces don't).

Reproduction Steps

  1. Place create blocks where a giant mushroom would otherwise grow.
  2. Grow the mushroom (might take a few tries because of the various sizes).
  3. Rejoice as your farm is now completely broken!

Expected Result

I would expect the blocks to not get replaced at all, usually the mushroom would just not replace the block and "grow around it".

Pretty annoying especially if you're trying to build something compact.

This is actually a vanilla issue, in vanilla mushrooms can replace any block, including portal frames

They don't replace "any block", just some blocks, I initially thought it was tile entities but again, furnaces and chiseled bookshelves are not replaced, chests and lecterns are....
