Hi, I'm having this issue while playing in a custom modpack.

Reproduction Steps

1. Make any block moves or rotates with Create

Expected Result

Continuous moving instead of glitching

Edit: Removing the following mods had no effect on resolving the issue:

1. TexTrue's Embeddium Options
2. Cull Less Leaves
3. Entity Culling
4. Canary
5. Saturn
6. Radon (though radon was not in your mod list)

This issue is not related to create and is caused by a addon mod/another mod.
