The goggles button does not show when any non-English language is set until restarting the game.

Reproduction Steps

1. Switch to an language that is not English (US),
2. Check the goggles button is here?
3. Restart the game,
4. Check the goggles button is here?
5. It should appear.

Expected Result

It shows up even without restarting the game.
