Unbreakable NBT tag on Glue gives "Not Enough Glue" error

Describe the Bug

In survival, I've been having to deal with an issue with Unbreakable Glue causing it to give an error that says "Not Enough Glue in Inventory". The glue acts normally in Creative however.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Use any method to obtain Super Glue with the Unbreakable tag. Like: /give @p create:super_glue{Unbreakable:1}
  2. If not already, go into Survival.
  3. Attempt to use the Unbreakable Super Glue to stick blocks together. This seems to appear even with as small as 2 blocks.

Expected Result

I would expect that the Glue would be able to glue the blocks together as Glue normally does, and not use durability like any item with the Unbreakable NBT Tag.
