Iceberg API makes goggles tooltip render incorrectly

Describe the Bug
When Iceberg API is installed (requirement for Advancement Plaques) and looking at a create contraption with goggles, the text goes off the tooltip. Disabling Iceberg API fixes this.
Reproduction Steps
- Install Create
- Install Iceberg API
- Put goggles on and look at Create contraption
...
Expected Result
Tooltip remain in the confines of the rectangle.
