Describe the Bug

So i have a minecart coupled with a furnace minecart and it can not handle slopes like at all

Reproduction Steps

1.Couple 2 minecarts
2.ride them on a powered slope rail
3.yes
...

Expected Result

It makes it up/down

I am having the exact same issue right now. This bug kinda makes the whole minecart couple useless as it stands as the only reason to use it is to allow other minecarts to pull each other.
