Describe the Bug

When I stop a mechanical mixer that is mixing it keeps mixing even if it doesn't have power. It's not a visual bug, I keep getting an output although a lot slower.

Reproduction Steps

1. Set up a mixer
2. Let it do a recipe. (I tried both with making algal blend and dyeing wool)
3. Once it's doing the recipe either remove the power for the mixer or change the rotation speed to under 30 rpm
4. The mixer will keep mixing although slower and only stops once it doesn't have the ingredients for the recipe it's doing
   ...

Expected Result

I expect the crafting to stop once it doesn't have any stress units
