a lot of stuff is gone from the create creative tab

1.install the modpack https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1t1jp6U4RcZRkVnQB8oP0LSMpqCO9aAgP?usp=sharing
2./gamemode creative
3.open the create tab
...

Expected Result

i expected that all the blocks/machines are in the create menu
