Mechanical Mixers stopped working (Mechanical Mastery)

Describe the Bug
Mechanical mixers are a very important part of the progression loop along the mid game, but they have seemingly stopped working out of nowhere. Recipe ratios and everything is the same, but the mixer doesn't lower, even though it did earlier in the play session. doesn't matter the recipe or speed (tried 64RPM all the way up to 256RPM). Tried restarting game and system to no avail.
Minecraft version is 1.18
Create v0.5.1c
Create Crafts & Additions and Create: Chromatic Return are both installed
Reproduction Steps
- Place down basin and machine
- Input crafting materials
- Nothing
...
Not sure when exactly the bug started happening, have tried removing and replacing all create machines to no avail.
Did seemingly only start after i finished playing on my friends world, and came back to my own, not sure tho.
Expected Result
Mixers should have crafted the next tier of mechanical essence, but nothing happened, it worked earlier today with same ratios and rotational speed.

Doesn't work in my work area either, which is powered by waterwheels, and geared up to roughly 64RPM.

why are you still playing create patch c when patch f is available?
could you check if your issue persists in the more uptodate release?
Tried installing v0.5.1f, but didn't help either, I think something in my world has corrupted seeing as it works just fine in a new world. would just kinda suck to start over with the possibility of the bug happening again.
