Cannot Ponder when looking at blocks that give information using the Engineering Goggles.

Describe the Bug

If I am looking at a block that gives stress or rotation information (pulley, bearing, et cetera) while wearing the goggles, I am not able to use the Ponder feature of any item, either in my inventory or in JEI. Once I remove the goggles, I can normally use Ponder.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Place down a Pulley or Bearing of any flavor.
  2. Equip Goggles.
  3. While looking at the block, open inventory and try to use Ponder.

Expected Result

I would expect Ponder to work.

Cannot reproduce, please try replicating the issue with only create installed, it appears as if this is a bug with another mod in this modpack, not the create mod.
