IllegalStateException when opening Creative Inventory

Describe the Bug

Opening the inventory with a certain set (or maybe critical mass would be more the right word) of mods in Creative mode causes the game to crash with a java.lang.IllegalStateException

Reproduction Steps

  1. Create or join a world in creative mode.
  2. Open your inventory.
  3. Game crashes.

Expected Result

The creative inventory to open without the game crashing.

Additional Context

If any of the mods in the mod list are removed, the crash stops occurring, however, the mods behave slightly differently.
The mods that are in bold will completely fix the issue if removed, as in, it will stop occurring entirely.
The mods that are not in bold, fix the issue when removed, however, they can be replaced by other content mods and then the issue returns. For example, if I remove AborFirmaCraft the crash stops occurring, however if I add back in another mod, such as Create: Steam 'n' Rails, TFC Ambiental, or Ice and Fire, the crash returns. The issue seems to be less tied to those mods specifically, so much as just having enough content (items?) added to the game.
