Schematic signs don't have text.

Describe the Bug

Previously when you used a schematic cannon it would put the sign text on signs. This might have been removed on purpose but I can't find it anywhere. 1.20.1

Reproduction Steps

  1. Start miecraft 1.20.1 with create mod
  2. Paste in a schematic with a sign
  3. Sign does not have text

Expected Result

The sign should have text

Intended, Text on signs can be used to creative command signs which can run any command the user desires
