Hypersonic backwards train

Describe the Bug
The train will move at extreme speeds backwards when unpowered train speed config is lowered
Reproduction Steps
1.make a train
2.set unpowered speed settings to something low, I have them at turn and normal speed 1 and acceleration at 0.5
3. go backwards
4. approach a station and get the "hold space to approach station" message
5. hold space
Expected Result
To approach the station and not go super fast backwards
