Redstone comparator doesn't work with millstone

Describe the Bug
No redstone signal is outputted from a redstone comparator when placed adjacent to a millstone with items inside of it
Reproduction Steps
- Place millstone and a redstone comparator
- Insert items into millstone
Expected Result
The redstone comparator should output a redstone signal depending on how many items is inside the millstone just like the depot or basin
