(suspension/sprocket) track can't be glued to blocks

Describe the Bug
/create bug:
(suspension/sprocket) track cant glue to another block
similar to issue #5403
Reproduction Steps
- Place block in air
- Place (suspension/sprocket) track
- attempt to glue both pieces together
"Selected blocks must be connected"
Expected Result
the (suspension/sprocket) track piece should be connected so it should be possible to glue them together.
