Re-usable items able to be re-used

Describe the Suggestion
This is kind of a culmination of a few issues I have seen, but basically the idea is that if I have a catalyst of some kind that doesn’t get consumed in the recipe, I should be able to just leave that catalyst in there and re-use it over and over. This is not currently possible with basin recipes as all items from a recipe (even ones not consumed) get transferred into the output inventory when the recipe is complete. I’m not sure exactly how this should be resolved, but I’ve seen it suggested a few times.
