Describe the Bug

after an item gets filled using a spout, it can't get processed further (e.g. Bulk Washing/Smoking)

Reproduction Steps

1. create minimal setup using a fan with a catalyst and a spout
2. place item on depot
3. fill spout with liquid
4. let spout fill
5. observe fan not working

Expected Result

the fan to keep on working

found one more example featured in my modpack it's the Magic Oxidant to Magic Reductant recipe from Destroy
EDIT: updated video in issue to reflect that

also it works after rejoining the world, so this really is a bug
