Crushing Wheel Controller?

Describe the Bug
I'm on the All the Mods 9 pack on 1.20.1 with Create version 0.5.1.f. I added the BuildPaste mod to the pack and pasted a create themed building but after realizing some block were facing the wrong way i went to fix them and after taking down the crushing wheels i realized i could no longer place them back. After looking in the area, I noticed an invisible block called Crushing Wheel Controller blocking the area where the wheels were placed. Is there a way to remove this block? I've tried relogging and it didn't helpunfortunately.
Reproduction Steps
1.Add BuildPaste mod to ATM9.
2.Paste this building. https://buildpaste.net/build/workshop-create-mod-OVfrkXsBZLWsugnn1vDF
3.Take down crushing wheels and try to place back.

Expected Result
The ability to place the crushing wheels back where they were.
