Describe the Bug

My game randomly crashed in a test world while making a farm and when I reloaded it I couldn't spawn any iron sheets from JEI or the creative menu. (1.20.1) I have addons but I don't think that's the issue.

Reproduction Steps

1. Crash your game while holding iron sheets (like after you click it, not in hand)
2. Relaunch
3. No sheets
4. Test to see if you can still press iron for sheets
5. It works and you get iron sheets
6. Become confused and check config files
7. See nothing that could cause an issue
8. Press report issues and report this one

Expected Result

Be able to spawn in iron sheets
