Describe the Suggestion

A block which would have an output, gate input, and source input. The output rpm would match the gate input rpm, however, stress requirements on the output side would be fulfilled by the source input side. There could be a small constant stress requirement placed on the gate input. This would allow hand cranks and valve handles to indirectly provide more stress units.
