bro I am so sorry. Yes. That makes so much sense.
Don't know if this is a bug then but the saw does deal damage (while in peaceful), thus I thought this was a bug, as typically in peaceful you still take damage, so this appeared as intended behavior for the saw, and not the crushing wheel
