Maximum Value of Rotation Speed Controller does not respect Configuration.

Describe the Bug

The Rotation Speed Controller's maximum value is 256, regardless of the RPM limit being increasable in the configuration of the mod.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Raise RPM limit of mod in its own configuration editor to for example, 2048.
  2. Attempt to set the RCS's maximum value to 2048.

Expected Result

In previous versions of this mod, the RSC was adjusted in-world, and this was possible.

Expected Result: That the same capabilities of previous versions are available presently, if the configuration permits the limit to be adjusted upwards.

Workaround: None, that do not involve gear reductions - the one task that the RSC is meant to mitigate for its cost.
