Fist Bumping Deployers will not do anything else

Describe the Bug
Deployers that are fist bumping (for the achievement thing) will not fully retract to drop items or even respond to redstone signals
Reproduction Steps
Place 2 deployers facing each other 3 blocks apart at the same rpm and synced cycles
Expected Result
Stop fist bumping for a bit
