Describe the Bug

each time i load my world items from the create tab will disappear, it started with the items but now i have to search up most blocks, i do have other mods included in the world.

Reproduction Steps

1. Load up Minecraft
2. Join a already created world
3. Check Create Tab in inventory
   ...

Expected Result

Items and blocks missing, more gone each time world is loaded

i can still search up the items in the search but they cannot be found in the item tab

Sorry didn’t realise, I just found it weird as it’s never happened and as I was trying to fix it I saw the bug report button.
