[1.16.4] Some crushed ores disappear when washed

Modpack: [TNP Limitless 3]
Some ores, such as lead, tin and aluminum to name a few, disappear when being washed. Other metals very well might be affected. No nuggets appear, and I've tested this both in SP and MP. It makes ore refining somewhat useless when compared to other ore refinery options from other mods.
This issue has been marked as stale because it has been inactive for 3 weeks. It will be closed if it remains inactive for another 3 weeks.

I've run into this issue as well while playing TNP Limitless 3
I haven't done any extensive testing - just looked for any bug reports for this after I saw it happen when I tried to was some tin ore
Hopping into a quick creative test world - it seems that the only ores that aren't getting washed are aluminum quick silver and tin:
In case this is actually a mod-pack side problem I'm also posting an issue on the mod pack page as well
This was indeed an issue with the modpack- it's going to be fixed in the next update
