Describe the Bug

Once I have powered everything and filled the fluid container, with all the cog wheels, water, campfire and power to it, i proceed to attach first the steam engine and after that the shaft to make the arm. It turnes into an arm but it doesn't turn, just stays still without doing the animation. (sometimes the arm goes all black too ).
I tried restarting my game and computer, checked if the versions and mods are all supported and everything seems fine.

Reproduction Steps

1. dug a 2x2 hole filled with water for the pump
2. added the campfires next to it
3. built 4 fluid tanks on top of it
4. connected the fluid tanks to a power sounce so that they fill up
5. waited for the tanks to fill up
6. on one side attached a steam engine with a shaft in front of it
7. The steam engine with the shaft transform into an arm but nothing else happens

...

Expected Result

The arm should start turning so i can proceed to attach it to other parts such as cogwheels or shafts
