Running 1.16.4 with Create v0.3c on OptiFine_1.16.4_HD_U_G6_pre7 using shaders makes Natural Scoria not reneder/be invisible:

Without shader:

Just wanted to chime in and say that it appears that this occurs even if you are only using shaders and create, and no other mods. Maybe its some kind of transparency or specular issue?
