Steam and Rails crashing a dedicated Server on startup

Describe the Bug
Cannot invoke "com.simibubi.create.content.trains.graph.TrackEdge.getTrackMaterial()" because "point.edge" is null
This is the start of the error msg I am getting and I know it is supposed to be fixed as stated in #5124 and #5711 but for some reason even with the newest steam and rails and create version my Server is dying on startup

start my server (there probably is a cursed train or smth)

I should add that this seems to be a startup issue exclusively, it was running fine for days and only crashed once I restarted it today
