Describe the Bug

I have an elevator that uses redstone links for the buttons and when I leave far from the chunk and reload it later sometimes the receiver does not output a redstone signal

Reproduction Steps

1.place redstone link
2.have a linked controller/linked transmitter
3.unload the chunk then come back later
4.use linked controller/linked transmitter to output a signal on the redstone link's side

Expected Result

redstone link outputs a redstone signal
