Create Mod Train is irregularly slow

Describe the Bug
Me and a few of my friends were playing on a curseforge-published modpack that I had made and wanted to build cars for our city, however the first car we built was incredibly slow.
Reproduction Steps
- Build a Car
- Assemble it
- Attempt to drive it
Expected Result
When attempting the move the train manually in creative mode, it will be irregularly slow.
