[BUG 1.19.2] Item create:filter and attribute_filter heavily loads the server and TPS goes to 0

Describe the Bug

Players take the filter in their hand and load it with items with a bunch of NBT data, thereby putting 16-32 of them in their inventory and sometimes putting them in animals with chests (donkey with a chest) and the load is very large, the server goes to 0 tps and turns off .

Reproduction Steps

Take create:filter
Put items with a lot of NBT data into it
Make a lot of such filters
Server lagged and 0 tps

Expected Result

Remove lags
