I'm using mrbeardstones perfect world mod pack and I know I don't have a blaze burner but before I lost it, it still said this someone help I need brass!

Mixers need to rotate at at least 30 RPM to work. Your current setup (as far as I can see) reaches only 16. Check out the Cog ponder on how to increase it.
