Create crashes when I open a world, new or old.

I'm playing on Create for Forge 1.16.4 on the latest version of forge (I think). But when I try to open a world or create a new world my game crashes. How do I fix this or will I need to uninstall create and give up?

@ThePickledOne mods with custom renderers can sometimes have issues running alongside Optifine

I can see in your crash logs that you're running OptiFine_1.16.4_HD_U_G4_pre1, can you try running without that and see whether the crashes persist?
