Placed a copper back tank game crashed.

Context
I was actually trying to equip the back tank by right clicking with it in my offhand but I was looking too low to the ground and it got placed instead. My game froze and crashed immediately afterwards. I can load back into the game and the back tank is there on the ground and I can move for about 3 or 4 seconds before it crashes again. The back tank also still appears on my ho bar despite also appearing to be placed. I really hope this gets resolved soon as I've put a lot of work into this world and it'd be a shame to lose it.
